Most clinics outsource their formulas. We don't. The decoctions are simmered in our own kitchen, and the pills are pressed by hand in the back of the shop. It is slower, and it is the only way we know how. When you open a jar of ours, it has not passed through a third party — it has only passed through us.

Long held in Korean households as the most treasured of restoratives. We carry both bungol and sangdae cuts, weighed by the nyang (37.5g).
Korean ginseng, six-year root.
Six-year and four-year Korean ginseng — sliced for tea, taken whole, or kept on the counter for daily simmering.
Raw herbs, kept by the pound.
Hwanggi, gugija, danggwi, omija, yukgye, gamcho, hong-hwaja, aeyeop. The basics of a Korean home pharmacy, sold by the pound.
House-made pills, by the small jar.
Soche-hwan, byeonbi-hwan (Laxee), gamgi-hwan, eungyo-san, hongsam-nokyong-hwan, yeoju-hwan, yukmi-hwan, bosin-hwan. Made in our own back room, packaged in 150g and 300g jars.
Extracts and traditional juices.
Purple-onion juice, pumpkin juice, jujube juice, beet juice, hovenia juice, ssanghwatang, sipjeon-daebotang. Single-pouch servings, kept simple.
Quiet teas for the morning.
Ginseng tea and a small selection of white teas. To be drunk slowly, before the day gets ahead of you.
Custom prescriptions, by consultation.
Formulas combined and decocted to order, after a brief consultation in the shop. Available for pickup, and sometimes for shipping depending on the prescription.

변비환A gentle, daily-use herbal pill for regularity.
Laxee is the formula our family has prepared by hand for years. It is a soft, daily herbal pill made for the body to find its own rhythm again — without the harshness of stimulant laxatives. The herbs are sourced and combined in our own back room, then rolled and dried in small batches. A 300g jar is the size most regulars keep on hand.

Our family has not changed how we work in thirty years. The herbs are weighed slowly. The decoctions are watched over a low flame. A consultation, when it's needed, takes the time it takes. We believe traditional Korean medicine is meant to be unhurried — that is part of why it works.
